Returns & refunds
Damaged, expired or incorrect items can be returned within 48 hours of delivery. Send us a photo and your order number and we will arrange a pickup or replacement.
- Fresh, chilled and frozen items must be reported within 24 hours.
- Packaged goods must be unopened and in original packaging.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
Delivery charges are refunded when the return is caused by our error.
